Asia Premium is a wholesale distributor and does not sell directly to individual consumers. All accounts are subject to verification of a valid business license and, where applicable, a resale certificate.

We strive to keep product images, descriptions, pricing and availability accurate, but they are provided for reference only and may change without notice. Confirmed pricing is only that stated on an accepted purchase order.

Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Payment terms are established per account. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon carrier pickup at our warehouse unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Claims for shortages, damages or defects must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. Products are non-returnable unless authorized in writing.
